MENU DEVELOPMENT
FEAST at Rieber features Pan-Asian cuisine with culinary influences from seven Asian regions: China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Hawaii.
In order to create an authentic and varied menu, the head chefs spent months researching and developing over 1,100 recipes. The recipes incorporate authentic and often locally-sourced ingredients from around Los Angeles, and are often inspired by dishes and street food from the chefs’ own culinary experiences abroad.
